

2-3 LMG's in 1 place are an excellent suppression tool, and will deal massive damage. It will not fire until the unit has stopped moving, so its better for defensive operations. Light Machine Gun: The LMG should always be used when going T2, Teching to T3 is always viable for it (since it needs T3 to be upgraded) because it has great suppression and damage output, and will always hold back the rifle spam. Panzerschreck: Since it got a huge nerf in 1.7 regarding it killing lots of infantry, it shouldn't be spammed as before, and only used to counter Motor pool units, because grenadiers are stronger vs inf. Grenadier Grenade: Wehrmacht's Grenadier grenade doesn't have the same damage output as the almighty American grenade because it comes with T2, and doesn't need additional fuel to upgrade, its damage is quite weak, will kill 3 units if you are lucky, but has a higher range than the American counterpart. Grenadier spam is always great, but you have to remember that if you mix in 1 AT gun and a mortar, you'll get a much more efficient force. Tackle the rifles from medium distance, and build sandbags whenever you can, it will always help to have sandbags against rifles, and they negate BAR suppression fire, so spam the sandbags! The grenadier squad is a great all-round unit, and will be the best infantry on the map with lvl 2, or 3 of veterancy. That is true to some extend, but not fully, as it doesn't have global upgrades, but squad upgrades. Unit description: Most people think that the grenadier is a Wehrmacht Rifleman. Level 2: Armor status changed to infantry elite (Better Armor, Less damage taken from small arms). Veterancy: Gained through upgrades in Kampfkraft center Good vs: Almost everything, w/o upgrades good vs infantry, with shrecks against tank's as well.Ībilities: Throw Grenade, Use medkits (at T4).
